What is Baptiste Yoga?
At ICELAND POWER YOGA we teach a style of yoga called Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga
based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste.
Baptiste Power yoga is a type of Hot Power Yoga and is focused on asana (poses), meditation, and self-inquiry.
It is adaptable to any level of physical ability.
We are proud to have a unique team of teachers who are all trained in the Baptiste methodology and some by Baron himself and his experienced team at the Baptiste Institute.
The Baptist Institute is an organization changing lives by bringing yoga to the world as a leadership skill. Inspiring people to fulfill their purpose of making a difference for themselves and others.
